This is a review of the Pausa Coffee cafe at Dunelm Wellingborough. To be clear Dunelm itself and its products are great. OK coffee place, my friend and I went for a coffee today at about 10 minutes before 4pm which, we didn't know, was the closing time. Greeted with no smile just a gruff 'we close at 4'. When we asked for two MIlkshakes the reply was 'you are joking?'. My friend then had a hot chocolate and she managed to make me a millkshake, which was banged on the table. There was one other couple in with us and the gentleman mouthed to us..I don't think shes's happy! if you are open till 4 you are open till 4. At 4pm chairs were put across the entrance so what was the problem with us haveing 10 minutes to be served. Dunelm take note. We did pass feedback on at the checkout. This staff member needs to be in a different job, she was offhand and rude.
